Outcomes  

Description: Welcome to the Outcomes page. This page displays information pertaining to the participant's Placement, Certificate/Degree Attainment, and Arrest/Re-adjudication/Re-incarceration status. This page also allows users the capability to create, view, and edit the various YouthBuild outcomes measures. Outcomes are used to measure the effectiveness of the YouthBuild system for each participant. The Outcomes page is only accessible once the Assessment at Entry form, the employment status at enrollment is identified, and at least one Basic Skills test have been completed.

Add New Employment Placement Record

Complete the following to Add a New Employment Placement record:

  • Click the Add New Employment Placement link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the Add Employment form.

  • To complete the form Click Here.

  • Once completed the newly created Employment Placement record will display under the Employment Placement section.

View/Update an Existing Employment Placement Record

Complete the following to View/Update an Existing Employment Placement record:

  • Select an existing Employment Placement record under the Employer Name column. This will open the Update Employment form.

  • To update this form, Click here. Otherwise, click the image37.gif (Cancel) button to return to the Outcomes page.

Delete an Employment Placement Record

Users will have the ability to delete an Employment Placement Record that has been created within the reporting quarter. Once the reporting quarter ends, users will not have the ability to delete those Employment Placement Records created the previous reporting quarter. Complete the following to Delete an Employment Placement record:

  • Click the (Delete) button, located in the Delete column next to the Employment Placement Record that needs to be deleted. This will open the Delete Employment form. Here users will confirm the deletion.

  • Click the (Confirm Deletion) button. Users will be directed to the Delete Confirmation Screen.

  • From the Delete Confirmation Screen, click the 'here' link to return to the Outcomes Page.

Access the Employer Management Page

Complete the following to access the Employer Management page:

  • Click the Employer Management link. This will direct users to the Employer Management page. On this page users will be able to create, view and edit employers.

Add New Educational Placement Record

Complete the following to Add a New Educational Placement Record to the participant's case:

  • Click the Add New Educational Placement link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the Add Educational Placement form.

  • To complete this form, click here.

  • Once completed, the newly created Educational Placement record will display in the Outcomes Overview section.

View/Update an Existing Educational Placement Record

Complete the following to View/Update an Existing Educational Placement record:

  • Select an existing Educational Placement record under the Institution/Organization Name column. This will open the Update Educational Placement  form.

  • To update this form, click here. Otherwise, click the image37.gif (Cancel) button to return to the Outcomes page.

Delete an Educational Placement Record

Users will have the ability to delete an Educational Placement Record that has been created within the reporting quarter. Once the reporting quarter ends, users will not have the ability to delete those Educational Placement Records created the previous reporting quarter. Access the Education Management Page

Complete the following to access the Education Management page:

  • Click the Education Management link. This will direct users to the Education Management. On this page users will be able to create, view and edit Institution/Organization providers.

Add a New Certificate/Degree Record

Complete the following to Add a New Certificate/Degree record to the participant's case:

  • Click the Add New Certificate/Degree link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the Add Certificate/Degree form.

  • To complete the form Click Here.

  • Once completed, the newly created Certificate/Degree record will display in the Outcomes Overview section.

  • Select an existing Certificate/Degree record under the Certificate/Degree Attained column. This will open the Update Certificate/Degree form.

  • Click the (Delete) button, located in the Delete column next to the Certificate/Degree Record that needs to be deleted. This will open the Delete Certificate/Degree form. Here users will confirm the deletion.

  • Click the (Confirm Deletion) button. Users will be directed to the Delete Confirmation Screen.

  • From the Delete Confirmation Screen, click the 'here' link to return to the Outcomes Page.

Add New Arrest/Re-adjudications/Re-incarcerations

Complete the following to Add a New Arrest/Re-adjudication/Re-incarceration record to the participant's case:

  • Click the Add New Arrest/Re-adjudication link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the Arrest/Re-adjudication/Re-incarceration Selections screen. This is the first part of Adding a New Arrest/Re-adjudication/Re-incarceration record.

  • To complete this form Click Here.  

  • Once completed the Arrest/Re-adjudication/Re-incarceration record will display in the Outcomes Overview section.
