Through the Reports feature, GEMS users can create, save and print reports. The Reports cover a variety of topics including project status, monitoring and desk review topics. Each Report has multiple sorting and filtering options.

Topics:
1. Select Report from the top navigation bar. The GEMS Reports Page will be displayed (Figure 1).

2. Select the arrow icon next to a report to run. The corresponding screen for that report will be displayed (Figure 2).

3. Select zero, one or more filters from the Filter (show me) region.
4. Select zero, one or more sorting orders from the Sort (order) region.
5. Click the Go button. The results will be displayed (Figure 3).

5. Click the Go button. The results will be displayed (Figure 3).

6. Click the File option on the Windows screen.
7. Select the Save as option. The Save Web Page as window will be displayed (Figure 4).

8. Select a location to save the file. Accept or edit the default File name. Click the Save button.

7. Select the Print option.
