The Options feature allows a user to set preferred settings for certain features of the GEMS application.

Change Password to ETA/OT Applications
1. Select Options from the top navigation bar. The User Options screen will be displayed (Figure 1).

2. Select the number of latest announcements to display on the Home page from the Announcements drop down menu.
3. Select the number of weeks out to display upcoming Pending Activities on the Home Page from the Pending Activity drop down menu.
4. Click the radio button next to the preferred position, open or closed, to display the FPO's calendar on the Home page.
5. Click the radio button next to the preferred method for displaying projects in the ‘My Projects’ list.
Change Password to ETA/OT Applications
1. Select Options from the top navigation bar. The User Options screen will be displayed (Figure 1).

2. Click the click here link next to the area labeled To change your password. The User Options - Change Password screen will be displayed (Figure 2).

3. Enter the new password of eight of more characters in the New Password field.
4. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
5. Click the Go button to retain the new password.
6. If the new password is valid, the User Options - Change Password confirmation message will be displayed (Figure 3).
