The Electronic Case File feature enables the FPO to attach documents outside of the GEMS system to a project folder. The FPO can add and delete files from their project's case file.

Topics:
1. Select Home from the top navigation bar.
2. Select a project from the ‘My Projects’ list.
3. Select the Folder icon from the Active Project Menu. The Project Electronic Case File screen will be displayed (Figure 1).

4. Click the Browser button to add a new file. The Choose File pop-up will be displayed (Figure 2).

5. Navigate to the desired file. Click on the file name. Click the Open button.
6. Click the Add button. The file will now appear in the table (Figure 3).

1. Select Home from the top navigation bar.
2. Select a project from the ‘My Projects’ list.
3. Select the Folder icon from the Active Project Menu. The Project Electronic Case File screen will be displayed (Figure 1).

4. Click the Remove button next to the desired file for removal. The file will no longer appear in the table.
