Contact Information

Overview

The Contact Information section displays the grantee's address and the various contacts entered for the project. The FPO can add or modify an existing project contact.

Add a Project Contact

1. Select Home from the top navigation bar.

2. Select a project to view Contact Information for from the ‘My Projects’ list.

3. Select Contact Information from the Active Project Menu. The Project Contact Information screen will be displayed (Figure 1).

4. Click the Add Contact button to add a new contact. The Project Contact Add/Edit/View pop-up will be displayed (Figure 2).

5. Select a Contact Type from the Contact Type drop down menu.

6. Enter contact related data in the First Name, Last Name, Title, Phone and E-mail fields.

7. Enter the contact's address or click the Use the main address (from OGCM) for this contact link to populate the address with the grantee's address.

8. Click the Save button to retain the new contact.

View or Edit an Existing Project Contact

1. Select Home from the top navigation bar.

2. Select a project to view Contact Information for from the ‘My Projects’ list.

3. Select Contact Information from the Active Project Menu. The Project Contact Information screen will be displayed (Figure 1).

4. Click the arrow icon next to the contact for which to view or edit information. The Project Contact Add/Edit/View pop-up will be displayed (Figure 2).

5. Edit desired fields.

6. Click the Save button to retain the changes made to the contact's information.

Update Displayed Grantee Information

1. Select Feedback from the top navigation bar. The GEMS Feedback screen will be displayed (Figure 1).

2. Click the OGCM Data Correction Request link. The OGCM Data CR pop-up screen will be displayed (Figure 2).

3. Save the OGCM Data Correction Request Form to your PC by right clicking on the OGCM Data Correction Request Form link and selecting Save As.

4. Open the saved OGCM Data Correction Request Form. The following form will be displayed (Figure 3).

5. Enter the currently displayed, incorrect information in the first row labeled Current.

6. Enter the new contact information in the second row labeled Adjusted.

7. Save the form under a new unique identifier.

8. Return to the OGCM Data CR pop-up screen (Figure 2).

9. Click the THIS LINK link to open a new e-mail. The TO field of the e-mail will automatically be populated with the correct address to which the form should be sent.

10. Attach the form saved in step 7 to the e-mail.

11. Click the Send button on the e-mail.
